Booking and Payment
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 96 hours prior to your scheduled arrivaldate. Cancellations, amendments, or failures to arrive (no-shows) within 96 hours of arrival will be subjectto a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost. Any applicable cancellation fees will beautomatically processed using the card provided at the time of booking. This fee will only be waived if weare successful in re-letting the room for the entirety of your scheduled stay.Travel Insurance Recommendation: As last-minute cancellations can occur for reasons beyond yourcontrol (including severe weather, transport disruptions, or personal illness), we strongly recommend thatguests take out appropriate travel insurance to protect against financial loss
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. To ensure we are available to greetyou, please provide an estimated arrival time when booking. Check-in prior to 5:00 p.m. is strictly by priorarrangement only. If you wish or expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please contact us directly in advance toarrange this. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. cannot be accepted unless strictly agreed upon by priorarrangement.Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
Guest Policies and Liabilities
Children: We welcome well-behaved children of all ages.Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of £10 per room, per stay(maximum of two dogs per room). Dogs are strictly excluded from the breakfast room at all times.Smoking and Vaping: The Old Rectory is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. A cleaning feeof £100 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room, fixtures, or property during their stayand will be charged for necessary repairs or specialized cleaning.
Health and Safety
For the health and safety of our guests and hosts, visitors who are actively symptomatic with a highlyinfectious illness are asked to contact us to discuss their booking. Please note that standard cancellationwindows still apply, and we advise claiming through travel insurance for health-related cancellations.
