The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast accommodation is a fine example of 19th century architecture, typical of the area and built in the distinctive local red sandstone. The Old Rectory was commissioned by a judge around 1880, then bought later for the Minister and his family of the Episcopalian church next door.
The house is located on a smart residential road. Close by, within easy level walking distance, there is the town centre, swimming pool, train and bus station Also in the town we have a great local cinema and many places to eat, including the wonderful Del Amitri.
Your first introduction to your stay at our accommodation is the traditional vestibule with minton tiled floor and leaded stained glass windows through to the main hallway with its smart carved wooden staircase leading to light well proportioned en suite bedrooms. We have a mix of rooms available - double, king and superking, twin and family rooms for three or four.
In the morning enjoy a delicious, hearty breakfast in our traditionally styled dinning room with its white appointed tables. As well as the traditional cooked breakfast we can offer Vegetarian and gluten free options. Of course there are cereals and fruit available in the dinning room.
The Place to stay in Annan for cyclists, golfers and a lovely relaxing time.
