The first therapy training course on the weekend of  24th/25th February was a great success.  Emotional Freedom Technique level one was hosted by The Old Rectory and taught by Bill Kerins.  EFT is a fascinating and surprisingly very simple technique when you are guided through the basics.  All those involved had never taken part in a residential workshop or course before and all felt the benefit of the extra time to get to know each other, over the two days making it easier to share their thoughts and experiences.

One participant wrote; "Loved every minute!  Great idea and the hotel is fabulous - very friendly and inviting hosts.  Fascinating course set in relaxing surroundings which enhanced the experience".

Due to the positive feedback we have received we are looking to launch a programme of courses for the interested individual and the practising therapist.  Future courses we are looking to host include;

• A Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in four months.
  

• Emotional Freedom Technique Level 1 (self use and for family and friends)
  

• Emotional Freedom Technique Level 2 (practitioner level)
  

• Stress Management
